My personal opinion, you have to build a bit stronger on defense system befor you go attack ppl and consult team lead becasue some of them may be is our friendship / alliance partner.
Than next one will be your research armmo/weapon and shield technology at least lvl 12 otherwise dun attack ppl.
This is after few month I have seen and hope that a sharing to all new bird. Any comment are welcome to share with me also. I'm a peaceful guy and dun like war just happy building... Surprised
